Creative arrangement with figs:))

Be ever ready to get inspired........It can be enjoyable at any time of the year, but perhaps more so in summer when a brisk walk in the fresh air combines with the satisfaction of bringing home flowers, foliage, fallen berries, fruits from trees free by nature. Collecting few unripe figs fallen on the ground by the unusual rain, inspired me to do a creative arrangement on a table top with brass lamps. It's not always flowers take pride of place on a table or side board for a creative arrangement. Sometimes collecting  unnoticed fallen berries & unripe fruits from parks or woods can be a attractive display for your table or for your kitchen corner.                                                      ...

Mother's Day Table...:):)

Hi there....Hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's Day celebration. It's always special & pleasure to do a table for mother's day. I set the table with gold rimmed white porciline table wares . Using fresh seasonal Indian flowers like the Yellow Marigold, white & pink Lotus, Magnolia Champaka (Magnolia Champaka is a beautiful strongly fragrant yellow flower is native of South Asia) all looked pretty on the table. Tea under the cherry tree...:):)

The weather is quiet warm and humid here.The evenings get cooler with blowing of sea breeze. It's common sight to see people escaping to beaches, parks and to their terrace in the evenings to refresh themself. We too like to spend our evenings in the terrace garden with cup of hot tea and some snacks  to munch.  Our cherry tree is full of red fruits and  doing a tea setting under the tree with red wares looked good. I prepared the onion bhajis a snack quite popular at every Indian house hold.  It's tasty and quick to prepare. People of all ages love it. The recipe is given below the post. Girls night out at Crystal Grandeur:):)

Plumeria or Frangipani the tropical flower undoubtedly every women's delight. Doing a quick table with red Plumeria flowers and with  mix of Purple & Red china for Kathleen's 'Girls night out' challenge  was truly enjoyable.
