Simple table setting with salad recipes:))

  We can always be tempted by new salad ideas and make way for salad & co to our kitchen at any time of the day. 'An apple a day keeps the doctor away' 'one of your five a day' are just two of the many common phrases that relate to fruit/vegetables. They are essential part of healthy diets to promote health. Presently it's all about preparing healthy meals that provides vitamins, mineral nutrients to strengthen the immune system, boost metabolism and also to put in a good mood. A salad prepared with fresher produce it is more nutritious and range of them are available for every taste.   Two simple salad recipes are shared here with little bit of creative arrangement.Move down for the recipes.         1, Mixed fruit/veggie salad Preparation time -15 minutes Serves - 4- 6 Difficulty level- Easy  Ingredients: Papaya- 1 cup, diced Pineapple-3/4 cup, diced Apple-1 cup, diced Banana- 1/2 cup, diced Pomegranate- 1 cup  Black & green grapes- 1/4 cup, cut into halves
