Sharing a moody day table-setting with a new tiny floral print crockery set and also sharing a noodle recipe i prepared for the styling. I adored the table with little kungfu monk figurines to go with the theme. The figurines are gift from my elder son Prashanth few years ago. They look adorable & cute with their eyes closed. The recipe Singapore noodle is popular in Asian cuisine which is easy to prepare and serve for any occasion. Some time preparing noodles and having on a rainy day is enjoyable as i did. Try the recipe you too will like it. Recipe is given below the post.😋😋

Boil the noodles drain and keep aside. In a wok heat 3 tablespoons of oil add all the cut vegetables, sugar, white pepper , salt and ajinamoto, (ajinamoto can be avoided). Stir fry over high flame for 2 minutes.Remove from pan and keep aside.
Next prepare the sauce. Heat 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add the ginger, garlic paste. Fry lightly. Cook on a low flame for 2 minutes, stirring most of the time. Add little bit of salt and cornflour mixed with water and stir continuously for 1 minute. Now add the noodles. Mix well to the sauce.Garnish with chilli oil and finely cut spring onion leaves.
For the non- veg version add boiled prawns, fine cut boneless chicken pieces or boiled white of egg. Slightly toss them in spices or in black pepper powder.
Sounds delicious! Love the figurines.
