Crystal Grandeur

 My second upload of water colour paintings at CG. Earlier it was water colour with  flowers i posted some time ago and this time it's birds. Spring/summer seasons are about fresh colourful flowers and about birds who comes to visit them. Loved painting these in my leisure.  Wonderful idea to gift your paintings for occasions to your loved ones and would be a memorable gift as well.   Plants and shrubs add a serene ambience whatever the season. Created an evening setting near our mini orange tree for the blog on a breeze day.  As we know candles are beautiful decorative objects and source of wonder & delight in many ways. Making candles in different size/shapes and in different colours...it's a creativity with joy and each one is work of art. I got inspired to make wax melts this week-end, made fruit shaped wax melts with used candles. I used lemongrass oil to the wax liquid for the fragrance.  It's so easy to make with bit of care. All that we need used candles or wax, fragrance oils/essential oils, tray moulds & sheet of  waste paper. Wax moulds are becoming popular these days as gifts .  Melt the candles in the double boiler add the fragrance oil to the melted wax and pour the wax liquid to the tray moulds. Before pouring the wax liquid to the tray place the trays on the waste paper sheet for the surface becoming dirty. Allow the wax to cool.  It's a monsoon feeling here. Always delightful to create a charming table for any season more so creating a table with flowers from our garden. There were pretty blooms of lilies in white and yellow in our garden after a drizzle and created a table with white wares along with the flowers for an monsoon look table.Outside the weather is cloudy and i placed few candles .
