Happy to share this post - A small dining scape from the recently concluded nine day festive celebration. The celebration is all about fun, good food and togetherness.
During these nine days 3 types of food are prepared for the guests. These foods includes - Mixed Rice preparation (Tomato, Lime, Coconut, Tamarind, etc.), Sweet dishes and a variety of boiled pulses (Corn, Chickpea, Peas, Groundnuts, Kidney beans, etc.)
Rain or shine, the nine day celebration brings in a lot of joy and happiness, because it includes meeting guests, visiting old friends and also preparing different kinds of food.
It is one of the nicest opportunities of the year to, try out, with imagination, new tablescapes & prepare different dishes for the guests.
