Good-Bye Summer Table

There comes a time in life when you become out of focus, and are not interested in things that one loved to do. The past three months have been months of mixed feelings for me. I was busy sometimes and sometimes I was not so busy. I developed severe leg pain which restricted my movement, but I am back to normal now. Beside all of this I am heart broken too, because for my dear pussy cat (Pussyma) has been missing from the scene for the last one and half month. I haven't seen him for quite some time and remembering him makes me cry. I miss him so much.  I pray that nothing terrible has happened to him and hope to see him soon at our door step. He is a out door cat who visited us everyday to have his cat food and to have his sixteen hours long nap and would quietly slip away in the evening after few loving pats. This post is good-bye summer table and even in my wildest dream i don't wish to say good-bye to my dear cat:(

Meanwhile, I have been visiting everyone's blog and enjoyed seeing all the wonderful  table settings. And as usual everyone's beautiful updates were refreshing to read.

Summer slipped away saying i would return next year and the weather here is sometime  hot, humid with evening showers. The garden is green and lovely.  I wanted to bounce back to blogging with a table setting near the bay window and hope those who stopped at Crystal Grandeur to like it. Thank you...:)

  2. The most beautiful and serene table ever. The green dish looks like a lily pad floating into life giving waters. Amazing, truly amazing. Sorry to hear about your leg issue, I hope all is well. Sorry about the cat. I love animals and feel your pain. We feed lots of cats around here that come just for food and even though they are wild, I know they appreciate us. When they see my husband going outside with a bag of food they look so happy. They will roll over and bounce around in anticipation of his care. Wishing you peace.

  3. Your flowers are gorgeous! The table looks so cool and inviting, like a shallow stream with a grassy bank. Very pretty.

  4. Such a pretty table; your flowers and cut colored dishes are LOVELY! So sorry about your cat. We feed 5 kitties from the same litter who won't come near us, but do count on us to feed them and give them water. I would miss them waiting at my door in the morning, so I understand your sadness. I don't totally understand "outdoor cats", but I know they are fiercely independent, and your little guy is probably just visiting elsewhere for a while! Try not to worry. Thanks for sharing your table. It is very serene and colorful. Rosie @ The Magic Hutch

Diwali With Lights

The word Deepavali stems from the Sanskrit words, Deepa meaning ‘Light’ and Avali meaning ‘Row’. It means a row of lights and illumination is undoubtedly its main attraction. Deepavali, the festival of lights, even to this day, projects the rich and glorious past of our country and teaches us to uphold the true values of life.    THE FLICKERING LIGHT OF A FLAME IS TRULY MAGICAL. A Wedding to Remember.:)))

When two souls, which have sought each other for however long in the throng, have finally found each other, when they have seen that they are matched, in a word they are alike, compatible and established a union for ever between them. A union illuminated & pure for ever and ever.. This union is love, true love filled with full of sweetest delights & compassion. Shades of Green

This is September, and the month offers its own fresh start to many things. Here in India, it is the beginning of festivities and celebrations for the next few coming weeks. These are the days of showers too, and it is truly refreshing & soothing to see the plants and trees after every brief shower. The moist leaves give us an impression that they are happy and smiling and breathing a 'Thank You' for the fresh green look. I love the colour green and as we all know it is one of Mother Natures primary colours. The green stem is honoured and credited to hold every flower of different colours. That's awesome. Inspiration comes from every where and the colour green inspired me to do a scape, with the green touch. I collected the green ware from the racks and putting it together as a teascape was pleasing to the eyes like the happy greenery around us. Sometimes it is wonderful to have tea and treat ourselves amongst a small collection of green plants. M
