Spring is almost here and we are now being greeted by the colors of Spring. The season gives us the perfect opportunity to enjoy the colors of the season. Also, pastel colors define the look of dining on table setting and on plates.
Spring/Summer season is a season that makes way for salad & co and they are real eye-catchers and we can always be tempted by new salad ideas. Also, vegetables have never been as fashionable as they are now. From chefs to housewives they are experimenting and coming up with new creative dishes with veggies. Sometimes the imagination really runs wild in presenting them colorfully. One can arrange them by season too and they are versatile & stars of any season.
So why not this Spring we invite friends & family for a vegetarian menu where one can play around with a colorful display of salads along with the main course for a fresh & tasty start.
I loved creating a Spring table next to cauliflower & carrot plants and placed a salad plate filled with some of our own grown veggies in the terrace garden.
