Candid Living rooms:)

Choosing your furniture is a big step towards decorating your home. That truly makes your house a home. Beautiful furniture's give a room great style and personality. The living room is a room where we present ourselves to the world as we are with life style that are uniquely our very own.

Everyone's dream is to have a beautiful living room for family, friends and to entertain guests. A known fact that flowers & greenery arranged everywhere from tabletops to corners along with colored walls, carpets, rugs, pretty curtains and comfortable sofas in a living room is always welcoming.

Whether your style is formal or informal,  traditional or transitional using fine quality of furniture at your home is a life time investment & enjoyment.

Going through the page of Arhaus Furniture's, it made me to do a post with their Living Room pieces that speaks today's decor language. If you do visit their page on web be prepared to hold your breath when you look at the living room furniture collection's. Each speaks for it's sophistication, quality & design.

Absolute pleasure in doing this candid living room project on behalf of Arhaus.

Be it formal, country or contemporary it's the upholstery that adds the fashion and comfort.

Whatever the seating style needs the high quality of fashion & furnishings will make you feel at home.
Soft and fine fabrics along with beautiful set of furniture is a great combination for an inviting and attractive room. This room gives an verdant Springtime freshness.

If any style could ever be called truly timeless this would be it.

Living near the coast this would suit a room for a beachy style.

In thing color grey in color world combined with set of furniture's that looks elegant and classy.

Today's leather upholstery is more exciting than ever before. Colors and textures that were once unthinkable are now a reality. Luxury in new leather style.
Breezy and cheerful patio attached to a living room with pastel color cushions and a rattan set of furniture for a relaxing Spring day.

  2. Timely post, Sujatha! We are on the hunt for new living room furniture. It's fun, but there's so much to consider. I like some of the examples you chose. That tufted chocolate brown leather sofa in particular. Mmmmmmm!!!! Have a beautiful week, and thanks for adding to our idea pool!

200th post at Crystal Grandeur!

This is my 200th post at Crystal Grandeur!  As a profound blogger it is a moment of joy for me as well.   It has been a wonderful journey all along.  Crystal Grandeur blossomed in November 2011 with Diwali & Christmas decors and it is my small world where my imagination and creations comes to reality.  I admire some of the blogs crossing 400+ posts. I appreciate and thank them for influencing others to do the same.  Speaking of my love for decors and styling I enjoy exploring different aesthetics and incorporate them in my decors and tablescapes. It helps me to keep moving forward  with new and fresh ideas  and doesn't let me be stagnant to one particular style.    For a nostalgia kick i share with you all... my delightful moments at Crystal Grandeur. Receiving appreciation for your creation in the form of comments always touches ones heart. (Sharing some of my past posts sweet comments posted by dear readers from across...

Festive Give Away:)))

Season Fall is to arrive soon and the season has its own charm in providing us with plenty of seasonal specials. Oranges are best during Fall and they last from beginning of Fall to end of Winter. In our garden plenty of Calamondin oranges started to appear and the fresh smell of the citrus in the air so soothing.  Plucked few of them and made marmalade from the ripen oranges for the morning toast. Also a good idea to make marmalade when the oranges are plenty, fill them in cute little bottles, tie with a ribbon/card and gift it when there is a Fall party or for Thanks giving & festive occasions. Its easy and quick to make and my way of preparing the recipe is given right here.  Cut the calamondin orange to half, remove the pulp and the skin separately. While removing the pulp take away the seeds. Squeeze out the juice from the pulp using a thin cloth . Cut the skin to thin stripes.  Put a heavy bottom pan on the stove and keep on low flame. (For one glass of ju...
