Fruits Inspired Thanks Giving Table:))

Hi and Hello to all out there... It's November another month in the calendar and for me at CG another year in blog-sphere. 14 long years with 400+ posts in blog land. What an incredible journey. Never thought it will go this far. My interest and passion for the things i love, made me to stroll thru smoothly all along. I am happy to be here as long as i can. When I joined the blog land, there were so many enthusiast  bloggers, sharing their beautiful posts and it was like a one big family, now the scenario changed  as many stopped blogging for various reasons or switched over to other platforms. But few are still there in the block to give company to me 😀. And i am happy.

Blogging gave me lot of satisfaction in what i did. Many appreciated my work on styling on my photography and on my write ups. I thank everyone for their support, encouragement and for their beautiful comments.  And i thank the 'Almighty' for giving me the opportunity/ strength to continue in this very spot. My special thanks to blogs like 'Our hopeful Home', 'French Ethereal', 'Slabs' and 'Karins Cottage' to feature my posts in their weekly picks. Truly a honour for me. And I thank my family for standing by me in this wonderful journey of blogging.

Many knows blogging is not just an easy ordinary job. So much of work involved while posting a post in creative thinking, bringing the things together, taking the photos to the perfection, content writing and finally uploading it. And everything done all by yourself. To some extent it's kind of a stressful job but at the end when it is published you feel the happiness/satisfaction with in yourself. Also had the opportunity to present my collection of c rockeries , table linens, cutlery's, napkins, our trace garden, our Bonsai collection (my husband's creation) sometimes my recipes, my water colour paintings, tutorial on craft work and our travel all under blogging. When i visited my old blog posts i did wonder did i do all that😉 .Yes it was all my work 😀. I have't commercialised my blog though many a time people asked me to go for it. Sometimes it made me to think should i or should  not. I could't get an answer. 😑 May be in future i might come out with a book on my styling/decors and on my knowledge what i gathered through blogging.

As the 'Thanks giving day' approaching fast I set an fruit inspired table for the blog post.

200th post at Crystal Grandeur!

This is my 200th post at Crystal Grandeur!  As a profound blogger it is a moment of joy for me as well.   It has been a wonderful journey all along.  Crystal Grandeur blossomed in November 2011 with Diwali & Christmas decors and it is my small world where my imagination and creations comes to reality.  I admire some of the blogs crossing 400+ posts. I appreciate and thank them for influencing others to do the same.  Speaking of my love for decors and styling I enjoy exploring different aesthetics and incorporate them in my decors and tablescapes. It helps me to keep moving forward  with new and fresh ideas  and doesn't let me be stagnant to one particular style.    For a nostalgia kick i share with you all... my delightful moments at Crystal Grandeur. Receiving appreciation for your creation in the form of comments always touches ones heart. (Sharing some of my past posts sweet comments posted by dear readers from across...

Shades of Green

This is September, and the month offers its own fresh start to many things. Here in India, it is the beginning of festivities and celebrations for the next few coming weeks. These are the days of showers too, and it is truly refreshing & soothing to see the plants and trees after every brief shower. The moist leaves give us an impression that they are happy and smiling and breathing a 'Thank You' for the fresh green look. I love the colour green and as we all know it is one of Mother Natures primary colours. The green stem is honoured and credited to hold every flower of different colours. That's awesome. Inspiration comes from every where and the colour green inspired me to do a scape, with the green touch. I collected the green ware from the racks and putting it together as a teascape was pleasing to the eyes like the happy greenery around us. Sometimes it is wonderful to have tea and treat ourselves amongst a small collection of green plants. M...
