Colourful Teascape...:):)

Thursday......it ought to  be joining a table scape link party. This week i did not get a chance to do a scape as i was busy visiting the dentist to fix an aching tooth.Gosh i had to take pain killers and put up with lot of drilling which i hate.(one of the reason not visiting the doctor regularly. Now i learn t my lesson.)I thought i wouldn't be taking part this week.

I was browsing my old photo clicks and i found these tea scape photos which i had taken in a month of August two years ago.I was happy to collect few photos from it to do a post for this week. I had used the colourful dry washed rug as a cloth on my round table to do the tea setting. The beautiful wax like bloom in the ceramic bucket which i had plucked during a visit to a nursery and it went well with the whole setting......:):)

  1. Such a lovely and warm post my friend. I love the teapot and the pretty tea setting!
Dentist visits are worst than the gynecologist visits! I feel sorry for you my friend, but I guess it's better to go often, than procrastinate, lol!

  4. Oh, gosh...I'm so sorry to hear about your toothache!!! I know that kind of pain, and it isn't fun! My sister came into town this afternoon and had to go straight to the dentist who promptly pulled THREE of her teeth! Her face had been swollen up like a balloon, and she was in a lot of pain. I'm glad that she had them taken out so they can stop giving her so much trouble, but sorry she had to lose her teeth. The dentist is one of the WORST medical visits I make each year, but I know it's necessary to keep those teeth healthy.

It's great that you found these photos because this is really cool! I love the rug! It looks like something I would just love to run my fingers through! Those blooms are REALLY different! They look almost like little aliens from one angle, but then like cut fruit from another angle. Really cool! I have no idea what that bloom is called, but it's like nothing I've ever seen before!!!

I hope you feel much better very soon. Take care of yourself, and have a good weekend!

  7. Lovely photographs! The tea setting is very pretty and the wax like bloom is so unusual. I am glad you dug this one out to share with us. I feel your pain about going to the dentist. My front incisor had a cavity and I think that dentist was drilling forever. I hope all of the pain is gone now.

Shades of Green

This is September, and the month offers its own fresh start to many things. Here in India, it is the beginning of festivities and celebrations for the next few coming weeks. These are the days of showers too, and it is truly refreshing & soothing to see the plants and trees after every brief shower. The moist leaves give us an impression that they are happy and smiling and breathing a 'Thank You' for the fresh green look. I love the colour green and as we all know it is one of Mother Natures primary colours. The green stem is honoured and credited to hold every flower of different colours. That's awesome. Inspiration comes from every where and the colour green inspired me to do a scape, with the green touch. I collected the green ware from the racks and putting it together as a teascape was pleasing to the eyes like the happy greenery around us. Sometimes it is wonderful to have tea and treat ourselves amongst a small collection of green plants. M...

Coffee in the Bedroom

The bedroom, the place where we spend one-third of our life, is a special place indeed and it holds all the beautiful possibilities that we wake up to early in the morning. Enjoying coffee in bed along with reading the newspaper is something one looks forward to & it is a wonderful feeling after a hard days work too. Like many I love the smell and taste of coffee made from a Peculator, and it is also easy and quick to prepare coffee with. Having coffee in bed, along with breakfast on a Sunday morning makes you feel fresh, something that every heart would wish for. Presenting a coffee scape from my bedroom on an early Sunday morning & enjoy your cuppa. Please do visit Cusine Kathleen Please do visit A Delightsome LIfe
